We know how challenging it can be to slow down and deeply connect with your loved one in today’s modern world. There always seem to be more texts to answer, emails to send, dinners to make and places to be. There can be so many pressures that it makes it hard for us to really slow down and be with the ones we love. The Heart of Touch was created to inspire and teach couples how to connect in playful, positive, and healing ways through massage, healing touch, and movement practices. Not only are these incredibly useful skills for couples, but healing touch has positive benefits for our children, friends, and extended family.
